Citizenship is not legally recognized by any governmental authority and does not grant any physical or legal rights in any jurisdiction.
The digital citizenship status is an NFT based identity and participation system and does not establish legal residency or governmental obligations.
2️⃣ No Financial Guarantees or Liabilities
Participation in the DAO, NFT ownership, or token transactions does not constitute an investment or financial security.
Hunter & Creator Nation does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice and holds no liability for financial losses due to price volatility or market changes.
3️⃣ Governance & DAO Participation
DAO members and citizens voluntarily participate in governance and decision making processes.
Decisions made within the DAO are community-driven and do not impose enforceable legal obligations on Hunter & Creator Nation.
4️⃣ NFT & Token Usage
NFT based citizenships are non-refundable and their transferability is subject to smart contract rules.
The value of NFTs, tokens, or any digital asset within the ecosystem is not guaranteed and subject to market conditions.
5️⃣ Compliance & Code of Conduct
All citizens must adhere to the community guidelines and ethical standards set by Hunter & Creator Nation.
Engaging in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities will result in immediate revocation of citizenship without compensation.

✅ You agree that all transactions, governance decisions, and digital interactions are final and cannot be contested through traditional legal means.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with the application.
